This hotel sets the bar for a family travel experience at reasonable rates. If you're needing a place to put down for a few days, this where you need to go. Room was spotless, in fact, everything about this hotel was *spotless*. There is genuine care and serious effort put into maintaining this property. Generously sized rooms, full sized fridge, basic dishes/dishwasher, and fully available kitchen. We saw pets coming and going, but none of the evidence they were there; no smells, no messes. Breakfast selection is on par with any Hampton Inn, but again, *super clean*. Staff exuded genuine good cheer and pleasantness.

Excellent customer service throughout the duration of our stay. We checked in close to midnight on 10.7. The front desk employee( Rasheem) If my memory serves me correctly name greeted us with a warm and inviting attitude. He was very helpful & had a positive attitude. We ran into one issue and he handled it right away ( The issue was not on his part) hotel was clean & quite comfortable. The location was situated with ease of access to I-10. Every staff we came in contact with was professional and friendly.

We stayed twice at this location and both times have been very impressed. The staff, the amenities, the rooms, we can't say enough good about Home2 Suites by Hilton. Clean, comfortable and everything you need under one roof. It is our new "go to" hotel!

This Home2 Suites by Hilton in Pensacola, Florida is convenient to arrive at from I-10. Well lit parking lot. With within walking distance of a convenience store and restaurants. The check-in was smooth and professional. Our room was neat, fully stocked, and quiet. The breakfast was a hit with a nice selection and plenty of space to enjoy.
